Before opening a new support ticket please navigate through our knowledge base,
watch the video tutorials and make sure you followed the below steps:
- Update theme to latest version.
- Update required plugins like Visual composer to the latest available version.
- Disabled any plugins that aren't recommended by the theme and re-test your problem.
- Make sure to test your issue with the default WordPress theme to be 100% positive it is related to the theme.
